You can register by downloading and printing forms.  Send forms via mail, or drop off through the mail slot at the studio.  Registration at the studio is September 6,7,8 from 3-7pm.
    All New Students and Parents must sign the waiver form to begin classes.  

You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print the forms.
